Refund Policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for an exchange. Colvire does not accept returns due to change of mind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right. If we are not contacted within 3 days of the item arriving, we may not be able to process a damage refund.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on customised items. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to ordering the wrong size or product — please check sizing carefully before purchasing.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you on whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are not covered by Colvire. Refunds are issued for the item price only and do not include any shipping fees paid at checkout. Please note that in some cases — such as orders placed outside the EU/EEA — a handling and processing charge of up to 15% of the item price may be deducted from the refund to cover logistics costs.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges if the size ordered does not fit. Once an exchange has been accepted, we will dispatch the correct size to you.
